Sergio and Melissa are the Founders and Directors of Ignite Ministry.  They serve as pastors for Ignite ministry, oversee current ministries, project and develop new ministries, secure funding for current and future projects,  and oversee strategic Alliance teams, Core Team, short and long term volunteers. They serve together with their 6 children (Giovanni, Saul, Ricky, Angelo, Elissa, Emiliegh,  and Nykole Ann Marie ).
